AI Interpreter is a live interpreting app. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. It covers the iOS and Android apps and our backend service.

Diagnostic reports contain timings and counts only. Source text, translations, summaries and any session background you type are never included. Our server rejects any diagnostic report that carries unexpected fields, so content cannot be sent by mistake.
You can turn diagnostics off at any time in Settings → Privacy → Send diagnostics and usage statistics. Turning it off stops sending immediately and clears anything still queued on your device.
We do not request or collect GPS or precise location. Two coarse signals appear above and they are different things: device region is a setting you chose on your phone, and network country is derived from the IP address of your connection when your app talks to our servers. We use the latter only in aggregate, to decide which region to host our servers in. We do not store your IP address alongside your diagnostics.
Interpreting requires sending your speech and text to AI service providers. This is the core function of the app.
When content passes through our server it is streamed straight through: we do not write it to disk and we do not record it in our logs.
We do not use your conversations to train any model. Providers process them under their own terms; please review those terms if this matters to you.
Saved sessions — titles, transcripts, translations and summaries — are stored only on your device. They are not uploaded to us and are not backed up by us. Deleting a session in the app, or deleting the app, removes them. If we ever offer optional cloud sync, it will be off by default and will require your explicit action.

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not track you across other apps or websites.
AI Interpreter is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Sign-in tokens are stored in the platform keystore on your device (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) and only hashes are kept on our servers. Access to our production systems is restricted.
Our servers are in Sydney, Australia. The AI providers listed in section 5 process data in their own regions, including the United States and Singapore, so your conversations are transmitted across borders while being interpreted.
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.

诊断报告只含耗时与计数。原文、译文、摘要以及你手动输入的会话背景一律不包含。 我们的服务器会拒收任何带有意外字段的诊断报告，因此内容不可能被误传上来。
你可以随时在设置 → 隐私 → 发送诊断与用量统计中关闭。关闭后立即停止发送， 并清除设备上尚未发送的数据。
我们不申请、不收集 GPS 或精确位置。上文出现的两个粗粒度信号含义不同：设备区域 是你在手机上选择的设置；网络所在国家是应用与我们服务器通信时由 IP 地址推断的。 后者仅用于汇总，以决定服务器部署在哪个区域。我们不会把你的 IP 地址与诊断数据一并存储。
口译必须把你的语音和文字发送给 AI 服务商，这是应用的核心功能。
内容经过我们服务器时是流式透传：不落盘，也不写入日志。
我们不会用你的对话训练任何模型。服务商依其自身条款处理这些数据， 如果你在意这一点，请一并查阅它们的条款。
已保存的会话——标题、原文、译文与摘要——只保存在你的设备上， 不会上传给我们，我们也不做备份。在应用内删除会话或卸载应用即可清除。 若将来提供可选的云端同步，将默认关闭，并需要你明确开启。

我们不出售你的数据，不与广告商共享，也不跨其他应用或网站追踪你。

传输过程加密（HTTPS/TLS）。登录令牌保存在设备的平台密钥库中（iOS Keychain、 Android Keystore），服务器上只保存哈希值。生产系统的访问受到限制。
我们的服务器位于澳大利亚悉尼。第五节所列的 AI 服务商在其各自区域处理数据， 包括美国与新加坡，因此你的对话在被口译时会跨境传输。
